June 2023 Visa Bulletin: Current Final Action Dates for EB-3 Category

The U.S. Department of State has released the June 2023 Visa Bulletin, which outlines the availability of immigrant visas for each category. The bulletin is divided into two parts: the Final Action Dates and the Dates for Filing.

The Final Action Dates are the dates by which all required paperwork must be submitted to the U.S. Department of State in order for an immigrant visa to be issued. The Dates for Filing are the dates by which an immigrant visa petition must be filed with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in order to be eligible to apply for an immigrant visa.

For the EB-3 category, which includes nurses, the Final Action Dates for all countries are current. This means that nurses who are eligible to immigrate to the United States can now apply for immigrant visas. The Dates for Filing for the EB-3 category are also current for all countries.
