What is the length of time your company is able to enter into a contract?
VisaMadeEZ provides permanent candidates for our client partners. This being said, our candidates enter into 3-year commitments with our hospital partners and over 86% of our candidates extend their employment indefinitely.
What is the average placement length for an international RN?
All of our candidates sign 3-year initial employee agreements and our average length of stay is 4.5 years.
Would our facility be able to cap the number of nurses to on-board in a month or per orientation?
Yes, you can dictate the amount of nurses you need at a given time.
Who employs the international candidate? Would it typically be VisaMadeEZ or our facility?
All candidates will be W2 employees of your facility effective day 1.
How quickly, once entering into a contract with our facility, would we be able to expect international RNs to report for work?
On average, VisaMadeEZ can place our US-based international candidates in 2 months. On average, VisaMadeEZ can place our international-based candidates in 6-9 months.
Will the employee be required to meet the facility’s annual requirements? This may include annual flu shots, etc.?
Yes. Our candidates will become W2 employees of your facility effective day 1. As such, they will be required to meet and follow any of the requirements set forth by your facility for any other permanent employee. VisaMadeEZ requests a list of these competencies to ensure that our candidates complete all required pre-boarding requirements prior to arrival.
Can you provide your placement fee structure?
Yes! We offer two fee options. An upfront track and a weekly track. Our contract fees and terms are open for negotiation, and sliding scale fees are often offered based on volume.
What are other subsequent fees for placement?
Immigration processing fees (Filing, attorney, POE, and other administrative fees) are a required part of all immigration processes whether your organization handles this piece or you utilize any third party. As an immigration law firm, we take the guesswork out of these fees, offer clear concise breakdowns of cost per item, and ensure your organization will know the exact cost of the immigration process prior to candidate selection.
Are the payment terms negotiable?
We are flexible. You may send us your payment term proposal for our consideration.

VisaMadeEZ (VME) staffs an internal team of attorneys, travel/housing coordinators, and credentialing experts that handle all immigration logistics. Some scenarios, such as housing, will require teamwork between VME and the client to find adequate housing.
When can we interview?
Depending on the review for licensure and qualifications for the position, the interviews can usually be set up within 1-3 weeks.
What is the scope of filling consultation and process?
VME will screen for potential candidates, and they will provide the necessary information that will allow us to quickly file immigration forms. We will also ask the facility/company to complete certain forms and provide information that is required to bring the healthcare professional over to them.
Is housing required/preferred? Temporary/Permanent?
VisaMadeEZ (VME) staffs an internal team of attorneys, travel/housing coordinators, and credentialing experts that handle all immigration logistics. Some scenarios, such as housing, will require teamwork between VME and the client to find adequate housing.
Do all candidates come with an active state license?
Yes. All candidates will be licensed in the state in which they are working if licensure is required. Medical technologists will all be ASCPi or AMT certified and state-licensed if a requirement of the state in which they are employed.
How does VME screen for qualified healthcare professionals prior to deployment?
VME screens by making sure the nurse has passed all the necessary requirements to come to the United States such as passing their NCLEX, having all their licenses in check, English fluency exams, competency exams, references, certifications, complying with any Joint Commission requirements, and any pre-boarding requirements your organization may require.
How good are the candidates’ English language skills?
No candidate can enter our program without a qualifying English language exam score. You can personally confirm their English language proficiency when you interview them. There are no surprises and candidates who are not from a native English-speaking country must pass either IELTS or TOEFL.
What are the licenses of nurses?
All nurses are NCLEX passers. We only process NCLEX passers. Their licenses are available in the list we send you. We help all candidates attain their state license as well.
What is the specialization of the available nurses?
We place RNs of all specialty types as well as NPs, PTs, OTs, Scrub Techs, Lab, and Imaging Professionals.
What kind of work authorization is given (visa vs. permanent residency)?
We aim for permanent residence. Every candidate we provide you is under a Green Card or an H1B (in some cases).
What type of visas can VME process for foreign nurses?
We can process any kind of immigration filing or visa for the foreign healthcare professional. The majority of what we process are EB-3s (also known as Green Cards) for the HCPs we place at your facility. In other circumstances, we can provide H1B visas.
Will VME process family visas for chosen qualified nurses? If so, will there be an additional cost for this?
We will process family visas for qualified healthcare professionals if they have a spouse and/or children. There is no additional cost for this.
Can you process EB-3 Green Cards simultaneously with an H-1B?
Yes, both processes can be pursued concurrently.
Can you hire nurses from any part of the globe via the H-1B visa?
The H-1B visa is not restricted by the nurse’s country of origin, making it a valuable tool for global recruitment.
Is the H-1B visa affected by retrogression?
No, the H-1B visa itself is not affected by retrogression, but there is an annual cap for these visas.
How long can an RN work on an H-1B?
The standard allocation is for three years, with a maximum of six years, extendable under certain conditions.
Do only specialty nurses qualify for an H-1B visa?
While some nursing roles inherently require advanced degrees, for others, it falls on the employer, with legal counsel’s assistance, to demonstrate the need for a bachelor’s degree.
Does your software process immigration applications?

How would we get to meet the nurses you have selected for us? Zoom interviews and resumes?
We will provide you with hiring packets consisting of a resume, skills checklist, competency exams, and all certifications. Once reviewed, we will set up Zoom/Teams interviews so you can meet with the nurses. We can help coordinate and set this up for you. If the nurse is nearby, we can also coordinate in-person/face-to-face interviews at your location.
Can an RN’s family accompany them to the U.S.?
Dependents, such as spouses and unmarried children under 21, can accompany the RN on H-4 visas, with the option for spouses to obtain work authorization.
Are spouses part of the deal?
Yes, any nurse with a family that is hired by your facility can bring their spouse and children with them. This is automatically done when we file the immigration visas for their nurses to bring them to the United States.
What guarantees does VisaMadeEZ provide if a nurse leaves the company?
VisaMadeEZ guarantees all candidates for 3 years. All candidates, although permanent employees of your facility, will sign employee agreements committing to an initial 3-year term. These employee agreements help protect your investment and enable VisaMadeEZ to guarantee our candidates as long as we do.
What is the process if the international RN violates/breaks their assignment agreement to work with our facility?
We have employee agreements and clauses in place that you can add to your employee agreements that will help prevent this from happening, for union and non-union facilities. These clauses can include recoupment from the candidate for any upfront costs that your facility has incurred to hire them. We also provide another solution where we bring another international nurse that fulfills the remaining length of the contract of the nurse that left.
If a VisaMadeEZ healthcare professional is replaced with another VisaMadeEZ candidate during the course of the contract, does the replacement step into the contract at the point of time that the first individual left?
The replacement employee would step into the initial commitment at the point another employee leaves.
How quickly can VME provide manpower replacement?
In the event of a nurse leaving, we can quickly provide a replacement via our pipeline of ready-to-go nurses in the United States within a month. The other option is bringing a replacement nurse from another country, which would go through the 6-9-month immigration filing process.

Can you detail your pay and bonus structure with the international RN?
The pay and bonus structure is entirely up to you. However, the wage you offer must be consistent with the Prevailing Wage Determination and must meet the minimum amount based on the employee’s skills and experience. More attractive packages (sign-on bonuses, etc.) will entice most of these international RNs to come to your facility.

Although the initial 3-year agreement is not required, VisaMadeEZ strongly suggests having these candidates sign one in an effort to protect your investment as best possible and enabling VisaMadeEZ to provide our 3-year guarantee on all candidates. Additionally, candidates are open to and agreeable to signing 3-year initial employee agreements as this is the industry standard initial employment term.
